A note from Daniel

From my beginnings in East Texas to my 9+ year career in Nashville, Tennessee, I have maintained collaborative relationships with artists, musicians, and recording studios through anticipating needs and helping individuals and bands find their own unique sound.

I believe every musician has a right to be heard and love when bands take their technical skills and use them to create unique sounds like that of Tom Waits, Frank Zappa, and Pink Floyd.

I try to be the drummer you enjoy having because I recognize the importance of balance and play to ensure that the song is served. Likewise, I seek out the sounds that are important to my individual clients and showcases their personality in each recording. I am a Protools expert who enjoys discovering new plugins and equipment. I truly care about each one of my clients personally and hope to give them the absolute highest quality sound. 

In my spare time I can be found cultivating gourmet mushrooms with my partner, enjoying the occasional video game, and attending as many live shows as I can. I’m inspired by drummers like Neil Peart and Gavin Harrison and appreciate all genres of music, with a special love for prog-rock.
